Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

(1)About return time
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.
(2)About return steps
Self-Sending: Please choose your own logistics company and ship out the package at your own expense.
 
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Please note that gifts and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any worn, damaged, washed or altered items.
3. We do not offer postage for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your own expense.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
2. Please make sure you don’t include non-Ruby Rose items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
